The \u201cGrotta Azzurra<\/strong>\u201d, so named for the incredible color of its waters. This cave was already known in the times of Emperor Tiberius, who had a direct passage built from his villa to the cave for swimming.<\/p>\n

The Piazzetta<\/strong>, the center of the island, with bars, shops and the Town Hall. Here the VIPs sit to have a coffee or an aperitif while watching the sunset.<\/p>\n

If you want to see the most beautiful view of Capri, you must absolutely climb Monte Solaro<\/strong>, the highest point on the island. From here you can see the whole island, Vesuvius and the Gulf of Naples, the Sorrento Peninsula, the Apennines and the Amalfi Coast.<\/p>\n

A short distance from the summit of Monte Solaro is also the Eremo di Cetrella<\/strong>, a small church built on a precipice. Villa Jovis<\/strong>, the main villa of the Emperor Tiberius that extends for 7 km on the east promontory of Capri. From here you can enjoy an unmissable panorama.<\/p>\n
